Returns
For over 100 years, customer satisfaction has been a #1 priority at Avon. We stand behind every product we offer. We’ll gladly give you a full refund with your return within 30 days. After 30 days, returned products will not be refunded. Please note that items marked Final Sale on the website cannot be returned.
If your return is due to an Avon error we will refund your return shipping. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges or issue merchandise credits. Free gifts may not be returned for exchange or credit.

Pay Postage at Time of Shipping
If you don’t have the packing slip, please include the full name, order number and address of the person who placed the order. If available also include the date of order and email address.

Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to reach us. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise and paperwork, your return will be processed within 5 business days. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit amount to appear on your monthly statement of your payment method.
